Scope of work:
Identify gaps in knowledge on Child and Women Protection , including referral mechanisms and guiding principles.
Work with key stakeholders (government actors, Ministry of Social Affairs (MOSA), and local NGOs) to identify training participants for each topic.
Work with WPE&CP Manager, Senior CP & WPE Officer and Capacity building officer to coordinate the logistical aspects of the training including venue selection and catering services.
Deliverables:
The consultant will be responsible for producing the following deliverables:
Inception report, including workplan and methodology
Training needs assessment report and list of participants
Pre and Post knowledge test
Final report summarizing activities, results, challenges, and recommendations
