TERMS OF REFERENCE

The consultant will be responsible for designing, coordinating, implementing, and managing all activities related to the SMS Jovem (U-Report) platform. The assignment requires strong technical and coordination skills, including experience in platform management, youth engagement strategies, and monitoring of results to support evidence-based advocacy.

Minimum requirements:
• Education: Bachelor`s degree in IT, Education, social studies or other related/relevant fields
• Work Experience: 2 years of experience with Education programs
• Skills: Basic digital skills
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Portuguese and fluency in English
