TERMS OF REFERENCE
The consultant will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting a nutrition survey with provincial-level representativeness. They will ensure the quality of the data collected and prepare reports covering all stages of implementation, culminating in the final survey report.
The consultant will:
Plan and organize a nutrition survey ensuring provincial-level representativeness.
▪ Ensure data quality through rigorous application of SMART methodology and field supervision.
▪Draft reports covering all stages of implementation, from inception to the final survey report.
▪Present the survey protocol to a technical steering committee including UNICEF, WFP, partner NGOs, the Nutrition Cluster, INSEED, DANA/MSPP, and other stakeholders.
▪Collaborate closely with the Nutrition Specialist and the Nutrition Information Management Specialist under the supervision of the Section Chief.
