Organizational Context and Scope

​​​​​Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office (HoO) and direct supervision of the Resources Management Officer (RMO), the Procurement Assistant will be responsible for assisting with implementation of supply chain activities, guided by Supply Chain Management (SCM) objectives to deliver quality goods/services to the beneficiaries at optimal price and in a timely manner.​ ​ ​​​

Responsibilities

1. 1. ​Receive and consolidate all procurement requisition forms; verify they have all the required information and comply with the Purchase Authorization Matrix and other office instructions and obtain any necessary additional information.
