Nature of the consultancy:
analysing existing legal frameworks, service standards and solutions used within Public Employment Services (PES) in relation to the provision of services for foreign clients. The role involves a systematic review of current tools, procedures, and practices in order to assess their effectiveness and consistency. Identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in the existing approaches to service delivery.
Project Context and Scope:
The consultancy is implemented within the framework of the project “Standardisation of Services for Foreign Nationals in Public Employment Services (PES)”, implemented by IOM Poland in partnership with the Polish Migration Forum Foundation (PFM) and in cooperation with the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Policy under the European Funds for Social Development 2021–2027 programme. The project aims to develop minimum and extended standard for the provision of services to foreign nationals within PES in Poland, based on a needs assessment of PES employees and foreign nationals, with particular attention to labour market integration, accessibility of services, and the specific needs of vulnerable groups.
