IOM is seeking a qualified professional to lead and coordinate a team of Protection Case Workers, ensuring effective case management and compliance with IOM protection standards. The role includes providing technical guidance, overseeing service delivery and data quality, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to reporting and monitoring activities, and supporting the implementation of protection programmes in line with operational needs. This position is based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
