Senior Project Assistant (TIP)

The position will support IOM Brazil’s Counter Trafficking, Smuggling of Migrants, Integrated Border Governance and Resettlement portfolio by providing administrative, operational and technical assistance to activities related to family reunification, resettlement, movement management, border governance, counter-trafficking and smuggling of migrants. The incumbent will work under the supervision of the National Officer in Brasília, supporting coordination with internal teams, government counterparts and external partners, as well as preparing reports, briefing materials, meeting summaries and operational documents. The role also includes supporting data organization, monitoring, knowledge management, administrative processes, and the organization of meetings, workshops, missions and capacity-building activities in line with IOM policies, donor requirements and institutional priorities.
