JOB PURPOSE
To perform specialized and/or standardized policy and programme-related
processes and activities to support the effective delivery of assistance packages.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (not all-inclusive, nor exhaustive):
1. Support programmatic needs and manage all data activities related to beneficiary identity management (IDM).
2. Perform all the activities related to the beneficiary registration, enrolment, verification, approval, creation of PAF and reconciliations in SCOPE, ensuring high data quality, segregation of duties and compliance with corporate requirements.
3. Coordinate with POs on data related tasks and the timely cash disbursement to the eligible beneficiaries. Train the focal staff on data collection and data quality and address the inconsistencies and anomalies found in the data.
4. Puts in place the mechanism for data quality assurance which includes identifying and addressing data issues through the programme cycle. Review data submitted by POs, applying data cross checks and flagging overlaps in assistance or duplications and clean data sets accordingly.
5. Review and update projects output/outcome level data base including village profiles, activity profiles, and participants profiles against the planned vs achieved target of the completed cycle activities of each district and province.
6. In coordination with POs, maintains separate records of households/beneficiaries who were initially selected but then excluded due to different reasons i.e., doesn’t fall on criteria, not willing to participate or didn’t complete the required conditionality to receive assistance.
7. Conduct data analysis and prepare dashboards, infographics and summaries/reports for internal/external units and other stakeholders.
8. Perform field visits to support focal points on all the previous points.
9. Assist in designing and implementing innovative projects that promote financial inclusion focusing on improving access and usage of digital payments and digital financial services.
10. Assist in preparing brief writeups, concept notes/proposals, reports, and program strategies.
11. Any other task assigned by supervisor.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education:
Completion of secondary school education. A post-secondary certificate or bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public health, business administration, economics in the related functional area is desirable.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in programme related activities with 3 years or more experience in database management and monitoring of humanitarian or development projects.
Language:
Fluency in both oral and written communication in English and Urdu.
