The Opportunity
Plan International is seeking an experienced, values-driven and strategic leader to serve as Regional Head of Programs, Impact and Influencing (Asia Pacific).
This is a critical regional leadership role within the Asia Pacific Regional Team, responsible for driving high quality, rights based, gender transformative programming that delivers measurable impact for children; especially girls, and strengthens Plan International’s positioning and influence across the region.
The role leads regional efforts on program quality, impact measurement, learning, evidence generation, and influencing, ensuring that country programs are effective, accountable, and evidence driven, and that they contribute to shaping systems, policies, and resource flows at scale.
Working across a complex, matrixed federation, you will provide strategic leadership, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively with country offices, national offices, and global teams to drive impact.
