Global objective:
The overall objective of the assignment is to strengthen Peru’s railway technical, regulatory, and institutional framework through the development of technical standards (infrastructure, signalling and safety systems) and strategic governance recommendations that contribute to the safe, efficient, and interoperable development of the railway sector.
The assignment will contribute to improving the enabling environment for future railway investments in line with national development objectives, international best practices, and quality infrastructure principles.
