Protection Case Worker Associate

IOM is seeking a qualified professional to provide protection screening, counselling, and case management services to migrants, including the identification of vulnerabilities and facilitation of access to appropriate protection and assistance services. The incumbent will coordinate referrals and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders to support safe, dignified, and protection-sensitive return and reintegration processes. The role also includes maintaining accurate case documentation, contributing to reporting and monitoring activities, and supporting programme implementation in accordance with IOM standards. This position is based in San Pedro Sula, Honduras.
