Job Description:
The Project Coordinator – Project Non Sponsorship (PNS) is responsible for leading the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned projects to ensure effective delivery of results aligned with organizational strategies, donor requirements, and community needs.
The role ensures that projects are implemented with high quality, accountability, and sustainability by strengthening local systems, building stakeholder capacity, and fostering partnerships. The Project Coordinator promotes evidence-based learning, compliance with organizational policies, and contributes to positive and measurable impact for children and communities, especially the most vulnerable.
This position is based in Bandung, West Java for local staff.
This project is subject to donor funding acquisition process. In the event that the funding agreement is not finalized, the recruitment process may be postponed or the position may not proceed. We are committed to maintaining transparent communication with all candidates throughout this process.
