Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM), Head of Programmes and National Programme Officer and direct supervision a Senior Programme Associate in MSU, a Project Associate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of projects and initiatives. The Migration Solutions Unit (MSU) leads IOM Tajikistan’s work on the migration-development nexus, promoting safe, orderly and regular migration as a driver of sustainable development, resilience, and socio-economic inclusion. The Unit provides strategic leadership and technical expertise in labour mobility, economic empowerment and reintegration, social cohesion, migration health, climate change adaptation, and emergency preparedness.
