Job Description:
Purpose of the Position
To provide strategic leadership, coordination and oversight for design, monitoring, evaluation, and knowledge management systems, ensuring high-quality evidence generation, organizational learning, and adaptive programming. The role is responsible for strengthening monitoring systems, evaluation processes, accountability mechanisms, data quality, evidence generation, and adaptive programming to ensure that programmes contribute to measurable and sustainable improvements in child well-being and National Office strategy outcomes. Primarily responsible for providing technical support and coordination for the PME functions and responsibilities regarding planning, monitoring and evaluation across World Vision Sierra Leone. This includes the Integrated Area Programmes and Future Ready Sponsorship, private projects and special grants so that WVSL meets the required objectives of WVI in terms of programming design, planning implementation and evaluations.

Work/Travel requirements
