We support Microsoft 365, WebEx, Power Platform, and AI tools like Copilot, Google Gemini, and Grammarly, while engineering, deploying, and supporting Windows Endpoints. We are a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to solving problems with reliable, impactful technology.
Duties and accountabilities:
Role Overview
As a Product Analyst, you will support the Productivity, Collaboration, Security, and Governance team by driving adoption, engagement, and value realization for personal and group productivity tools across the enterprise. You will help ensure our global workforce can effectively use Microsoft 365 collaboration capabilities and adjacent tools through structured outreach, feedback-driven enhancements, and train-the-trainer enablement programs. Working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment, you will help translate user needs into actionable backlog items and measurable outcomes that continuously improve the service offering.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Product Analyst (Adoption & Enablement), reporting to the ITSDS Team Lead, plays a crucial role in supporting adoption and outreach initiatives for productivity and collaboration tools in Microsoft 365 Suite, including M365 Copilot, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Planner, and other products supported by the core team (e.g., Grammarly, Google Gemini, and future tools in scope). This position involves regular interaction with end users, champions, business stakeholders, and technology service providers.
Responsibilities and skills include, but are not limited to:
• Lead adoption programs to increase awareness, usage, satisfaction, and value realization for Microsoft 365 and supported tools.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns (targeted communications, roadshows, office hours, community events, executive briefings) to expand adoption across business units.
• Build and sustain champion networks (power users, community leaders) to amplify enablement and peer-to-peer support.
• Develop role-based learning paths (executive, manager, analyst, assistant) tied to productivity scenarios and measurable outcomes.
• Plan and deliver “train-the-trainer” sessions for internal trainers, champions, and support teams on topics like Copilot prompting, Teams collaboration patterns, SharePoint governance, and more.
• Create and maintain adoption assets (quick-start guides, job aids, playbooks, FAQs, demos, scripts, curated learning playlists).
• Coordinate internal communications across channels (Teams, SharePoint pages, email, Viva Engage posts) with consistent messaging and brand alignment.
• Establish and manage feedback channels (surveys, listening sessions, focus groups, champion feedback, analytics review) to capture pain points and opportunities.
• Translate feedback into actionable product insights: problem statements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlog candidates.
• Operate within SAFe ways of working by supporting Backlog refinement, PI Planning, Iteration Planning and reviews.
• Partner with security, compliance, architecture, and operations teams to ensure adoption plans align with governance and risk requirements.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand workflows, productivity challenges, and success criteria.
Technical Competencies:
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Planner/To Do, Outlook/Exchange Online concepts, and Microsoft 365 collaboration patterns.
• Working knowledge of M365 Copilot scenarios, responsible use guidance, and prompt patterns (role-based prompting, iterative prompting, grounding, data sensitivity awareness).
• Familiarity with information governance concepts: sharing, permissions, sensitivity labels, retention, and data lifecycle implications for collaboration.
• Comfort synthesizing qualitative and quantitative inputs into prioritized recommendations.
• Ability to interpret usage/adoption metrics and translate them into actions (enablement changes, feature focus, targeted outreach).
• Strong writing and presentation skills for executive-ready communications and end-user job aids.
Selection Criteria
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2+ years in one or more of: product operations, digital adoption, customer success, product enablement, IT service enablement, or productivity/collaboration programs.
• Demonstrated experience delivering adoption/outreach initiatives at scale (enterprise environment preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build and run train-the-trainer programs and role-based enablement.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation experience across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in Agile / SAFe delivery environments (PI planning support, backlog refinement, iteration planning/review involvement)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience driving adoption of AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Gemini, Grammarly) including user guidance, communication plans, and measurement.
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
Desired Certifications
• SAFe Practitioner (SP) or other SAFe credentials
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) or AB-900 (Desired)
