Digital Solutions (ITSDS)
The Digital Solutions team delivers modern productivity, collaboration, and endpoint solutions to over 30,000 users. We support Microsoft 365, WebEx, Power Platform, and AI tools like Copilot, Google Gemini, and Grammarly, while engineering, deploying, and supporting Windows Endpoints. We are a collaborative, customer-focused team committed to solving problems with reliable, impactful technology.
Duties and accountabilities:
Role Overview
You'll support the Power Platform service delivery and automation initiatives for our global workforce while driving efficiency through innovative solutions. You will design, develop, and support scalable solutions across Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, and Power Pages, while integrating with Azure App Service (C#/.NET).
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Development: Develop and implement solutions using the full Power Platform stack and Azure-based custom integrations.
• Citizen Development Enablement: Provide guidance, and technical guardrails for citizen developers.
• Integration & Customization: Develop custom connectors and integrate with C#/.NET, REST APIs, and legacy enterprise systems.
• ALM & DevOps: Support the ALM process, including Git source control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning.
• Governance & Security: Support enforcement of DLP policies, security best practices, and compliance requirements in collaboration with security teams.
• Platform Resilience: Monitor capacity, performance, and environment health for high availability and scalability.
• Strategic Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation, reusable components, and development best practices.
Technical Skills
Platform Engineering & Automation
• Hands-on knowledge of Dataverse, Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop), Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), and Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Cloud & Integration
• Working knowledge of custom plugins, Azure Functions, and Web Apps.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture, identity management (IAM), and secure API integration.
Data & Governance
• Experience in relational data modeling in Dataverse and ETL workflows (Power Automate or Azure Data Factory).
• Environment-level security, RBAC, platform monitoring, logging, and organizational compliance.
Programming skills
• Hand-on development on using C# .Net, PowerShell, Python
• Experience in effective utilization of GitHub Copilot or other AI-assisted development tools
Professional Competencies
• Architectural Guardrails: Apply established platform standards to ensure secure and stable solutions.
• Requirements Translation: Support the translation of business requirements into technical implementations.
• Ownership: Demonstrate accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
• Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing : Contribute to team learning and support adoption of low-code/no-code and modern development practices.
Selection Criteria
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or
Master’s degree with 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience (for example, in the IT field: Bachelor’s Degree
with a minimum of 1 year of related work experience).
Technical Capabilities
• Demonstrated success designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform and Azure solutions.
• Understanding of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern DevOps practices.
• Analytical skills to troubleshoot flows and integration bottlenecks.
Collaboration & Communication
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer focus and ability to manage client expectations
Recommended Certifications
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals
• Cloud Engineer or DevOps Certification
• SAFe Practitioner
