The Operations Manager will provide day-to-day operational leadership and workflow management to Oxfam International’s Inequality, Economic & Climate Justice Advocacy & Campaigns Team, and project management support to one priority campaign project each year. Reporting to the Head of Campaign, the role will operationalize vision and decision-making of the campaign’s leadership team, ensuring efficient coordination, strong administrative and knowledge management systems. Working closely with the Campaign Strategist, and related project teams, the role will also support the development, implementation and reporting of Oxfam’s highest-profile, priority global campaign moment of the year, around the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum.
At Oxfam we respond to emergencies and advocate for people in crisis, partnering with local organizations to deliver essentials and help rebuild communities. We work with activists and partners to fight poverty and injustice. We campaign for economic, gender, climate justice and accountable governance, striving for sustainable growth and transformation. We fight for a future that is equal, just and fair – one in which people have more equal opportunities and rights, and one in which we can all flourish, not just survive.
