Operations Associate (Open to internal and external applicants)

Under direct supervision of the Operations Analyst and overall guidance of the Deputy Resident Representative, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the office in day-to-day work of the Operations Team, which involves financial, procurement, logistical as well as administrative activities.
Specific tasks include but are not limited to: budgeting, raising of vouchers, raising requisitions, sourcing and evaluating suppliers by obtaining quotations and conducting basic market research, maintaining vendor information, liaising with suppliers, facilitating payments, implementation of financial and internal controls and other tasks.
