The Opportunity
This Officer- Social Work is primarily responsible for implementation of child protection community-based activities as part of the Rohingya response, for vulnerable and at-risk children. The Officer- Social Work is responsible for arranging CBCPC meeting, Adolescent club/ Child club/ parents’ meetings, ensuring referral for children, direct service provision of follow up for vulnerable and at-risk children, in line with their needs. S/he will also be responsible for providing support in MPCAC/GFS/AFS in line with internal standards and guidelines.
The Officer- Social Work is responsible for documenting information, capacity building of the parents and other stakeholders, supporting the child/family through ensuring child protection, ensuring data protection in line with internal protocols, and for providing daily updates to the supervisor and preparing regular reports.
