The Opportunity
Guided by the Senior Manager – Safeguarding, the role holder will support the implementation of safeguarding activities and mechanisms across the Country Office. Working with the concerned managers of the programmes/projects and departments, s/he will facilitate Safeguarding awareness raising activities among staff, partners, and volunteers to make sure that all Safeguarding concerns and incidents are reported to the management following the set protocol. Conducting domestic investigations on Safeguarding issues and preparing quality reports will be one of the key tasks of this role holder. S/he will work on building Awareness, Prevention Reporting and Response mechanism around Safeguarding.
Qualifications and Experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in relevant areas
• Excellent verbal communication and report writing skills in English
• Good computer skill specially in MS office package
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under immense pressure situation
