Purpose of the Job
The Registration and Marketing Support Officer’s tasks are to provide support to Registration team with the invitation, accreditation and registration of Annual Meeting (AM) participants; to support the implementation of the new registration and Marketing platform; to support EBRD staff with flagging and registration queries.
This role will also support the Marketing and Sponsorship team by updating the website content on an ad-hoc basis. Researching the Host Country culture and heritage and producing a promotion page on the website. This role will be supporting the team onsite by setting up and managing push notifications and MyEBRD app support to participants.
The role requires relevant experience in customer service, events and data entry and analysis and close working collaboration with the rest of the AMPEM unit, events’ organisers and general Bank’s staff.
