National consultant to review the relevant regulatory frameworks, develop recommendations for diaspora engagement in the climate adaptation priority sectors and support the development of a Diaspora Investment Fund

IOM is looking to employ the expertise of a national consultant who will review the relevant regulatory mechanisms, formulate gender-sensitive recommendations for amending implementation mechanisms targeting migrants and the diaspora in the context of the priority sectors of the NAP-2 and AgSAP and subsequently support national authorities in incorporating these recommendations into the regulatory frameworks of the relevant national programmes, as well as support the development of an updated concept of an innovative or blended finance mechanism related to climate change action.
