Objective: To design and develop two interactive, simulation-based training modules—one for prospective migrant workers and one for the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA)—to build practical skills in identifying, preventing, and responding to cyber-enabled recruitment scams, online fraud, and unethical recruitment practices.
Key Requirements: A Master's degree in Law, Criminology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field; at least 5 years of hands-on experience in cybercrime/fraud prevention, behavioral learning design, or simulation-based curriculum development; fluency in Kazakh and Russian (English is desirable).
