Job Summary:

The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Officer will support the implementation of the STRengthening Infectious Disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES) Activity in Papua New Guinea by maintaining and implementing the monitoring and evaluation processes and practices of the project. The role includes supporting routine data collection and reporting, conducting data quality checks, tracking indicators, and helping document learning for adaptive management. The MEL Officer will provide basic MEL guidance to staff and partners, contribute to MEL sections of project documents, and support the development and delivery of MEL trainings. They will also assist with preparing data summaries and visualizations and provide administrative support to core MEL and project operations.
