CONTEXTE ET OBJECTIF DU POSTE

Le titulaire de ce poste sera placé sous la supervision fonctionnelle du Gestionnaire de la Flotte et du Garage, ainsi que sous la supervision directe du Chargé du sous‑bureau des Gonaïves. Il sera responsable du maintien en stock des quantités requises de pièces de rechange, lubrifiants et autres fournitures nécessaires à l’entretien de tous les véhicules légers, blindés, ainsi que des équipements motorisés fixes et mobiles.

Le magasinier aura pour tâches de demander, recevoir, stocker, distribuer et inventorier les pièces de rechange, lubrifiants et autres fournitures nécessaires à l’entretien de tous les véhicules légers, il sera également responsable de la garde et de la gestion du magasin.

RESPONSABILITES CLES (non exhaustives, dans le cadre de l’autorité déléguée):

• S’assurer que toutes les pièces de rechange, lubrifiants et consommables du garage sont reçus, soigneusement comptés et enregistrés. Toute différence de quantité, positive ou négative, doit être notée sur le GRN (Goods Receipt Note) ou le POD (Proof of Delivery) et renvoyée à l’expéditeur.
• Être responsable du contrôle de la qualité de toutes les marchandises reçues. Les articles endommagés ou incorrects doivent être enregistrés et signalés immédiatement au superviseur direct.
• Veiller à ce que toutes les pièces de rechange et matériaux demandés soient dûment autorisés et conformes aux marques et modèles requis, selon les critères établis pour chaque constructeur de véhicules ou machines.
• S’assurer que les pièces et matériaux retournés en stock sont correctement enregistrés dans le système de flotte.
• Préparer les demandes de pièces et de matériel destinés à d’autres dépôts, en garantissant un emballage et un scellement appropriés.
• Superviser le chargement physique des pièces et matériaux vers d’autres sites, en veillant à ce qu’ils soient transportés de manière sécurisée pour éviter tout dommage.
• Obtenir et maintenir à jour les catalogues de pièces, listes de prix, références croisées et numéros remplacés pour tous les actifs opérationnels.
• Mettre en œuvre une bonne gestion des stocks et maintenir les niveaux minimum et maximum afin d’éviter les ruptures.
• Organiser des inventaires réguliers et garantir l’exactitude des registres conformément aux pratiques d’audit.
• Veiller à ce que toutes les pièces et matériaux soient stockés dans un environnement sûr, propre et organisé, en optimisant l’utilisation de l’espace.
• Préparer les commandes locales et internationales, suivre le processus complet (fret, dédouanement, réception finale).
• Soumettre des rapports quotidiens de consommation et réception, des rapports hebdomadaires de stock et des rapports ad hoc à la section Flotte du bureau du PAM.
• Maintenir le magasin organisé et étiqueté selon la politique de code‑barres des stocks.
• Communiquer les attentes et objectifs, fournir une rétroaction continue, corriger les lacunes et tenir compte des priorités lors de l’attribution du travail.
• Surveiller et assurer l’utilisation appropriée des ressources disponibles.
• Garantir le respect strict des directives et procédures normatives établies pour la gestion des stocks.
• S’assurer que toutes les données sont correctement mises à jour dans le FMS, notamment les modules de contrôle des stocks et des pneus.
• Partager les expériences acquises, favoriser la cohésion et maintenir une atmosphère harmonieuse.
• Veiller au respect des procédures du PAM concernant les pièces de rechange.
• Réaliser toute autre tâche confiée par le superviseur immédiat.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Formation : Diplôme d’études secondaires en mécanique automobile, avec une spécialisation en gestion des pièces de rechange pour véhicules.

Expérience : Au moins 3 années d’expérience professionnelle dans la gestion des pièces de rechange des véhicules

Langues : Maîtrise du français requise. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
