Background:
Established in 2021, the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan is the central executive body responsible for the implementation of the unified state policy in the field of innovation and digitalization. As a relatively new entity, the Agency faces challenges in providing capacity-building initiatives for its staff, which consists of young professionals and former civil servants who previously worked in sectors largely unrelated to digitalization and commerce. This is particularly important in light of the ongoing E-commerce Programme for 2025–2029, in which the Agency is expected to play a leading role as an advisory board member, providing insights and proposals for improvements and recommendations. For this purpose, the OSCE as part of its co-operation framework is planning to arrange a three-day training for core personnel working on e-commerce department to facilitate to their professional development goals by applying new techniques and skills through covering topics such as branding, marketing competitiveness and other.
Objective of Assignment:
International Expert on conducting the training on E-commerce for the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies in close co-operation with the Agency for Innovation and Digital Technologies will design, develop and deliver three-day training course in Dushanbe.

Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant's/expert's qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.
