BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF THE ASSIGNMENT:
The Technology Division (TEC) is advancing a strategic digital transformation initiative to modernize, integrate, and evolve its corporate digital solutions ecosystem. Central to this transformation is the Integration Services Team, a cross-cutting capability within TECD responsible for ensuring that WFP’s growing portfolio of digital solutions integrates as a coherent, interoperable, and enterprise-grade landscape.
The Integration Services Team enables and governs the Enterprise Integration Hub, a practice that spans across three strategic pillars: API Integrations, Custom Integrations, and AI Integrations. These key capabilities compose the full spectrum of WFP system interconnection needs.
The Integration Services Lead will serve as the strategic and operational point of reference for the entire Integration Services (and the EIH). The incumbent will be responsible for shaping the vision, standards, and methodologies that govern how WFP’s digital solutions interconnect, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture principles and the broader digital transformation roadmap. This is a senior advisory and coordination role that requires a combination of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence and guide multidisciplinary teams across the organization.
ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general supervision of the Chief of TECD and the functional guidance of the Director of Information Technology, the Integration Services Lead will be responsible for the following:

Architecture, Cloud, and Operational Excellence
Security and Observability
Developer Experience and Knowledge Management
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Education: A bachelor university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of international professional experience in enterprise IT, with a strong focus on integration architecture, API management, and digital platform governance. At least 5 years in coordination or leadership capacity over multidisciplinary technical teams.
Proven track record combining strategic and hands-on experience including:

Demonstrated expertise in integration methodologies and enterprise architecture practices
A high degree of autonomy, strategic thinking, and self-management is required. The incumbent is expected to independently identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive initiatives, escalating to senior management for endorsement on matters of organizational scope.
