Are you passionate about protecting the rights of displaced populations and driving meaningful humanitarian impact?
We're looking for a strategic thinker with strong technical expertise in legal protection and HLP, humanitarian coordination experience working in difficult/complex humanitarian settings and the ability to influence and inspire others.

What you will do
As the ICLA Specialist, you won't just manage a programme—you'll set the strategic direction for NRC's Information, Counselling and Legal Assistance (ICLA) portfolio across the country. You'll lead technical excellence, strengthen programme quality, mentor and develop high-performing teams, and influence national protection responses through coordination with UN agencies, donors, government counterparts, and humanitarian partners.
