For the Public Administration4EU: support to Public Administration training programme, we are looking for a Key Expert 1: Team Leader – Capacity and Institution Building Expert:

Qualifications and skills

1. A university degree (with a program of at least 4 years) in public administration, political science, economics, business administration, law, or related field.

2. Excellent knowledge of the English language.

3. Knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

General professional experience

1. At least 10 years of professional experience in public administration reform, capacity building, or institutional strengthening.

Specific professional experience

1. At least 7 years of experience in developing and implementing capacity-building programmes for public administration, focusing on EU accession-related reforms.

2. Experience as a team leader in at least three projects related to public administration reform or capacity building.

3. Experience in EU-funded projects in the public administration sector implemented in EU candidate or potential candidate countries is an asset.
