• Identify HSSE training needs, oversee training compliance across APAC, and develop and deliver specialised safety and security training through the LMS and other channels

• Collaborate with the APAC Security Manager on security matters and support psychosocial risk management, crisis preparedness, and disaster response activities

• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, ISO 45001, and client contractual requirements; support internal and external audits and contribute to ongoing ISO 45001 certification.

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years’ practical experience in a similar HSSE role within a large organisation, with relevant tertiary qualifications in occupational health and safety or a related field

• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering safety and security training programs and providing briefings to staff and senior-level management
