The Integrity Team exists to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct, safety, and accountability across our organisation. JOB PURPOSE:

The Head of Risk & Assurance supports the Strategic Lead Integrity in strengthening enterprise risk management, assurance, and accountability across the Oxfam Confederation. The role leads the coordination and evolution of Oxfam’s global risk reporting and risk governance processes, supports strategic oversight of high and emerging risks, and promotes a coherent, values-led approach to risk management across affiliates, regions, and functions. The postholder acts as a key coordination and advisory point for organisational risk and assurance processes, helping ensure that leadership bodies receive timely, decision-useful analysis on strategic, operational, financial, safeguarding, governance, compliance, and reputational risks.
