The Head of Locally Led Delivery and Partnerships leads Save the Children Sudan’s partnership portfolio and locally led delivery model, ensuring high-quality programmes are delivered at scale through strategic and equitable partnerships. In one of the world’s largest humanitarian responses, the role advances localisation by embedding partners across the full programme cycle, from design to implementation and learning, while strengthening systems, processes, and risk-sharing practices. Guided by SCI’s Global Partnership Framework and Localisation Policy, the position drives the operationalization of the localisation strategy across its seven dimensions, enhances local ownership and sustainability, and supports resilient Sudanese civil society. The role also ensures strong cross-functional coordination and oversees the development of a fit-for-purpose partnership and localisation function aligned with Sudan’s complex operational context.
