Bachillerato
2 años de experiencia en cobranza extrajudicial (créditos grupales)
Manejo de computadora ( Office a nivel medio)
Manejo de Excel
Facilidad de negociación y palabra,negociación,manejo de objeciones
Trabajo en equipo
Enfoque a resultados
Conocimiento en Administración de cartera
Funciones
Realizar la negociación con los clientes para lograr la cobranza efectiva
Seguimiento a convenios realizados con clientes
Realizar reportes semanales y mensuales de sus resultados de cobranza
