Key Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Lead and provide direction in achieving the national strategy and ensuring program quality in the processes of diagnosis, design, monitoring, evaluation, and learning; enhancing talent and visualizing sustained impact on the well-being of the most vulnerable children.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the continuous process of planning, monitoring, and evaluation of the National Strategy.
- Based on global, regional, and CA4 Cluster guidelines: Coordinate the monitoring of indicators and continuous evaluation of the national strategy.
- Lead processes of Diagnosis, Design, Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning: Continuous updating of information to map territories for growth or evaluation for donors and support offices.
- Lead continuous improvement and innovation processes.
- Participate and ensure collaboration in the design of project proposals.
Education:
- Professional in Social Sciences, Administrative Sciences, or related fields.
- Postgraduate specialization in research and development.
Knowledge of strategic and operational planning.
- Innovation and Strategic Capability
- Oral and written communication techniques.
- Conflict resolution techniques.
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Management of popular education techniques and strategic planning.
- Advanced knowledge of English.
- Knowledge and management of participatory methodologies with children and adults.
Experience:
- Experience in community development projects and community organization.
Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in formulation, planning, administration, and evaluation of development programs and projects.
