FULL STACK DEVELOPER — SERVIR GLOBAL RISK PLATFORMSERVIR Global Collaborative (SGC) is a global partnership dedicated to strengthening humanity’s resilience through the use of Earth observation information and related technologies and innovations. Working with six regional hubs around the world, together with organizational support from the Spatial Informatics Group – National Assets Laboratory (SIG-NAL), SGC builds shared, scalable systems grounded in local expertise. Fund for Science and Technology (FFST) has awarded a grant to the SGC to accelerate the use of Earth observation, geospatial science, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies that support data-driven decision-making and action for strengthened climate resilience and sustainable development worldwide. Under the SGC initiative, ADPC hosts the East Asia and the Pacific hub working at the intersection of climate science, geospatial technology, and decision-making. Through SGC, we collaborate with a global network of partners to develop tools and platforms that support climate adaptation and risk management, food security, and land cover monitoring.ADPC is seeking a hands-on Full Stack Developer to build and operate the SERVIR Global Risk Platform (GRP). The role is full stack, with a strong emphasis on frontend delivery. The consultant will also contribute to backend services, application programming interfaces (APIs), data integration, security, deployment, and AI-enabled functions.
