FHI 360 is seeking a Finance Manager responsible for Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health activities for the EpiC project to be implemented in Liberia in the four high-burden counties, Montserrado, Nimba, Lofa, and Bong, on improving maternal, neonatal, and child health outcomes by increasing the use of and access to high-quality services and eliminating preventable maternal and newborn deaths. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the EpiC Maternal, Neonatal, and Child Health (MNCH) project in Liberia. This role involves managing the budgeting and forecasting process for the MNCH project. S/He will assist with the preparation of the month-end financial reports and will oversee the financial systems and tools to ensure that they are effective and meet division needs. The Finance Manager plays a key role in risk management, developing strategies to mitigate financial risks, and fostering their development and performance. S/He will assist with the development and management of internal financial audits and ensure that FHI 360 Liberia complies with USG rules and regulations and Liberian laws.

The expected hiring salary range for this role is USD 25,000 - 35,000 for annual basic salary. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, market pay, and budget.
