Job Description:
Position Summary:
The Finance and Operations Manager will oversee the financial management, compliance, and operational functions of the program, ensuring effective and efficient resource utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, and administrative functions.
- Mitigate risks and maintain internal controls.
- Support audits and financial reviews.
Qualifications:
- Professional qualifications in finance or business administration.
- At least 5 years of experience managing finances for donor-funded projects.
- Strong skills in compliance and risk management.
