Field Manager-Hirshabelle

ROLE PURPOSE:
The Field Manager is responsible for directly overseeing the overall program operations in Hirshabelle and key deliverables will be ensuring programs are delivered on time and on budget, key performance indicators are met, reporting on time to donors. The Position holder is responsible and accountable for Save the children's quality programme implementation both in the development and humanitarian sectors within the boundaries and in accordance with SCI quality framework, strategies, and policies
