Key Responsibilities: Facilitador/a de Bienestar Buscamos un profesional apasionado por el bienestar integral de la niñez para acompañar procesos en territorio, fortalecer el patrocinio y trabajar de la mano con comunidades, voluntariado y especialistas técnicos. ¿Qué harás? Implementar actividades y metodologías que fortalezcan el desarrollo de la niñez y adolescencia. Asegurar la calidad de los procesos de patrocinio y sus indicadores. Realizar monitoreo comunitario, seguimiento de casos y reportes de protección. Coordinar acciones con instituciones, socios locales y estructuras comunitarias. Facilitar actividades con voluntariado y apoyar la logística de proyectos y eventos. Requisitos clave Licenciatura en Trabajo Social, Sociología, Psicología, Pedagogía, Agronomía o áreas afines. 3+ años de experiencia en trabajo comunitario y metodologías participativas. Licencia de conducir motocicleta (indispensable). Trabajo en equipo, resolución de conflictos y habilidades de facilitación. Manejo de herramientas informáticas.
