Evaluation Consultant (Type B)

IOM Fiji is seeking a consultant to evaluate the overall implementation and outcomes of the “Partnerships for Climate Mobility” project for learning and accountability and to demonstrate project results to project stakeholders and beneficiaries. The specific objectives of the evaluation, therefore, will be to:
A. Highlight the achievement of results
B. Review project relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability.
C. Document lessons learned and best practices and provide actionable recommendations for design and implementation of similar projects in the future
D. Assist in assessing value for money for the intervention
