Position Objective
The ERP Center of Excellence Senior Specialist is responsible for the institutional governance, optimization, and value realization of the Green Climate Fund ERP environment. This role ensures the effective, controlled, integrated, and cost-efficient operation of ERP modules, leads the definition and rollout of the Oracle AI roadmap, and provides functional oversight of Oracle license usage and cost management. Leading the cross-functional team composing the ERP Center of Excellence, this role ensures seamless end-to-end integration across functional areas, maintaining compliance throughout the entire process.
As part of the Operational Risk, Control and Excellence (ORCE) team, the role ensures that Oracle-enabled enterprise processes are executed efficiently, securely, and in compliance with GCF policies, internal controls, and fiduciary standards. It provides institutional ownership of ERP governance, drives continuous system and process improvement, and protects the value of GCF’s ERP and AI investments.
