Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Conduct in-person and phone call data collection with the designated individuals.
• Ensure clear communication with respondents regarding the purpose and timing of the interviews.
• Complete questionnaires accurately and comprehensively during interviews with respondents
• Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all respondent information obtained during interviews.
• Store data securely and do not disclose it to any unauthorized individuals or parties.
• Promptly report any issues or challenges encountered during data collection to the LFS coordinator.
• Support the ‘Core Competency’ relevant staff in office work including documentation, scanning, and uploading them to specified folders.
• Data entry to the selected Excel tools in order to digitalize the paper-based information when needed

3. Familiarity with Monitoring & Evaluation: While not mandatory, having a basic understanding of M&E processes helps in contextualising the data.
4. Digital Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools or software for data collection, ensuring data integrity.

Previous experience working with NRC will be considered an advantage, particularly experience in a Data Collector position.
