• Support new ART launches per the Finance Portfolio ART Launch Roadmap.
C. Solution Train, ART, and Team Sustainment, Flow, and Measurement
• Support teams in effectively using enterprise delivery tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, and other Agile Project Management (APM) tools when applicable) to manage work, improve visibility, and track progress.

• Coach Inverse Conway moves where value-stream and team alignment is weak (through continued Value Stream Mapping workshops).
• Drive maintenance and continuous updates to Agile Team Charters, Solution Train/ART Canvases to reflect current Finance Portfolio realities.
• Facilitate retrospectives, learning sessions, and improvement workshops that help teams evolve their practices.

• Help translate Agile frameworks and delivery practices into clear, mission-oriented narratives that resonate with business partners.
• Support teams and business partners in understanding how Agile adoption strengthens the institution’s ability to deliver outcomes in support of the WBG mission.
• Foster open dialogue with stakeholders to address questions, align expectations, and reinforce shared ownership of Agile ways of working outcomes.
