Unit Context:
Project Aria is the World Bank Group's strategic initiative to modernize its finance ERP. It runs in two phases: a transition that migrates the ERP solution from ECC to S/4HANA in early 2027, followed by a transformation that builds on the new platform to improve how the business works. The program spans more than 50 business units and over 180 connected systems.

Duties and accountabilities:
• Support the current ERP transition testing, user acceptance, and production readiness
• Support ongoing improvement of business processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Prepare functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments
• Coordinate with developers, integration teams, security teams, and business stakeholders
• Test configured solutions before release
• Support user training and adoption activities
• Educate users on SAP S/4HANA capabilities relevant to their business processes
Selection Criteria
• A Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a
Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of the World Bank Group organization and operations and how technology is used in different parts of the organization. Specifically knowledgeable in WBG Trust fund processes in the ERP
• Proven ability to multi-task and operate effectively in a matrix management and high-pressure environment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA functional testing, defect resolution, and process validation
• Experience preparing functional specifications for enhancements and custom developments
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business users, technical teams, integration teams, and other stakeholders
