What we are looking for:
Do you have hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience and want to help shape the future of private fundraising at the Norwegian Refugee Council? Are you motivated by using data and technology to turn generosity into lasting impact for people affected by war and displacement? At NRC, we help people forced to flee. Working in some of the world's most challenging crises, we provide life-saving assistance and defend the rights of refugees and internally displaced people. The generous support of private donors makes this work possible, helping us save lives and rebuild futures.
As we continue to grow private fundraising across Norway, Sweden, Germany, and the USA, we are investing in how we recruit, engage, retain, and inspire supporters to deepen their commitment to NRC's mission. To help us achieve this, we are looking for a Donor Journey & Lifecycle Specialist to join our Private Fundraising team. This role sits at the intersection of fundraising, technology, donor experience, and data. Using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will design and optimize donor journeys and lifecycle communications that strengthen retention of our monthly donors, support donor value growth, win back lapsing donors, and help build sustainable long-term funding across multiple markets.
We are looking for someone with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, a business-oriented mindset, and a passion for donor experience, fundraising, and data-driven decision making.
