Job Description:
The Donor Intelligence and Metric Executive will be responsible to research existing sponsor/donor and market insights. He/she has to provide data, analysis, and insights of existing sponsor/donor behaviors that will be beneficial for understanding them better. As a result, we can improve our service quality, increase engagement and resource acquisition, both for WVIDN Child Sponsorship Program and Private Non-Sponsorship programs.
He/she also responsible to provide data and analysis from competitors or external parties that can be used to create an added value so that WVIDN's services and products can win the market.
All staff are expected to contribute to Wahana Visi Indonesia’s Transformational Development, Advocacy, and Emergency Response approaches, and may be required to support emergency response efforts in a timely, coordinated, and accountable manner
Strategy Development & Planning
- In coordination with the Head of Donor Engagement, provide sponsor/donor insights which needed for developing engagement plan, strategy, and other innovations to increase sponsor/donor retention and payment rate, decrease cancellation, and improve sponsor/donor satisfaction and journey.
- In coordination with the Head of Donor Engagement, provide data and insights from competitors which needed for improving WVIDNO competitive advantage and added value.
Resource Acquisition & Management/ Engagement/Project Management
- Research sponsor/donor behaviors to optimize engagement, forecast revenue, and personalize our asks.
- Build and maintain interactive data dashboards to track donation trends/giving patterns.
- Investigate new and existing sponsor/donor to confirm their capacity, philanthropic alignment, and inclination.
- Prepare detailed analytical reports and impact statements for internal user across department.
- Analyze sponsor/donor responses to WA, emails, campaigns, event attendance, and other interactions.
- Further investigate sponsor/donor retention, payment, and cancellation challenges to gather feedbacks/information from sponsor/donor; so that DE can overcome challenges and optimized achievement of income target.
- Present research report to the team.
Capacity Building/ Technical works
- Completing all mandatory WV trainings.
- Search external training/workshop that could improve capacity and skill in research, data mining, infographics, and data relation analysis.
Accountability & Quality Assurance
- Submit research plan quarterly.
- Submit Monthly Monitoring Report.
Networking & Coordination
- Communicate sponsor/donor feedbacks to the team and other supported parties.
- Being effective representative of WV before sponsor/donor and other stakeholders.
- Close coordination with the Head of Donor Engagement and Mass Donor Engagement Lead.
Management & Leadership
- Develop and manage annual performance agreement
- Submits periodical/ monthly accomplishment report
- Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team with other staff in respective unit and department
- Provide Christian value and support to enrich the organization's life, faith, Christian commitments and ministry to the disadvantaged children and communities we seek to serve.
- Be a role model and inspiration in managing work, communication and relationship with internal staff and external parties.
- Manage all implementations and risks related to this position according to organization policies, guidelines, and standard. This includes risks in fraud, safeguarding, and other related risks.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Marketing, Communications, Social Science, Engineering, Public Administration or other relevant subjects Master Degree on related subject is preferable.
- At least 3 (three) years professional experience in data and information collection, analysis, and presentation.
- Experience in gathering and effectively combining a broad range of datasets, cleaning data, and building databases to be used in analysis and visualization.
- Experience in customer relations.
- A mature and committed Christian who can lead Spiritual Nurture activities of Donor Engagement Unit.
- Strong business and communication skills are required. Knowledge of business marketing, advertising, and finance is essential. Knowledge in digital marketing will be an added value.
- Requires good analytical skills and a creative and innovative thinker.
- Requires good communication (speaking and writing) skills in English.
- Must be a Team Player and must have cross cultural experience
- Bahasa as native language and English ( speaking and writing) that equal with min. TOEFL Score 450
- Travel: Domestic may be required. Ability to attend social weekends and evening’s events as needed

- Highly organized with exceptional detailed orientation and demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of work.

- Computer literacy skills, e.g. CRM database experience, strong skills in the use of MS Office, WAB, email, calendar
