The data collector will report to the Monitoring and CRA Senior Officer in Tripoli. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in data collection and data entry. JOB OVERVIEW/SUMMARY: the data collector will participate in a wide range of data collection activities, monitoring and evaluation assessments, observation, focus group discussions (FGD), Key Informant Interviews (KIIs), and support with CFM activities at their assignment areas, reporting daily findings to the Monitoring and CRA Senior Officer. RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate in data collection activities including monitoring and evaluation assessments as well as FGDs and KIIs. Conduct data collection and monitoring visits to project sites. Ensure data quality during collection and entry. Support in conducting regular CFM sessions, FGDs and surveys to solicit feedback from clients and different stakeholders. Provide support in CFM capacity building activities. Participate in training, data quality checks, and audits. Report progress findings and maintain documentation. Assist in data analysis and interpretation. Adhere to data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding protocols during all data collection activities. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS: Position Reports to Monitoring and CRA Senior Officer in Tripoli Position directly supervises: N/A Indirect Reporting: N/A JOB REQUIREMENTS: Candidates who have Bachelor of Arts or Science in Social Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field Demonstrated experience and capacity in conducting field-level data collection and some experience in data analysis. Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel. Demonstrated experience working with ICT tools, digital data collection and analysis. Strong ability to work independently, organize work, meet deadlines, maintain composure, prioritize work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, creativity, and flexibility INGO experience preferred. Fluency in English and Arabic required. Working Environment: The data collector will be based in Misrata.
