Consultant (Category B) Development of Training Package on Remediation of Migrant Worker Grievances for the Private Sector

Interested candidates must submit the following:
A detailed and up to date curriculum vitae;
Technical proposal (max. 5 pages) detailing the proposed approach, methodology, and a draft work plan for developing the training package, demonstrating an understanding of how to translate available resources/guidelines into practical training resources. The proposal must also include a financial proposal with a daily rate and total proposed cost for the assignment.
Two samples of previous work, specifically operational guidelines, manuals, or toolkits developed by the candidate.
