CONCEPT DESIGN AND TECHNICAL ADVISORY ON SPECIALIZED SAR TRAINING FACILITIES The Institutional Strengthening throughPreparedness and Inclusive Response in India (INSPIRE) Program is acollaborative initiative by the Asian Disaster Preparedness Center (ADPC), theNational Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), the National Disaster ResponseForce (NDRF), and state institutions in Odisha, Gujarat, and Kerala. Theprogram aims to enhance institutional systems for disaster preparedness andclimate action at the national and state levels, while contributing to regionalcooperation in the Bay of Bengal.Through INSPIRE, ADPC works closely with nationaland state-level stakeholders to promote risk-informed planning, strengthenlocal capacities, and support sustainable disaster management practices. Theprogram focuses on advancing institutional leadership and technical capacitieswithin strategic government institutions, enabling them to play a central rolein managing disasters and responding to climate shocks. It also fosters thedevelopment of innovative, data-driven solutions and promotes cross-learningthrough structured regional collaboration. Closing date: Friday, July 17, 2026
