VillageReach is seeking to recruit an experienced Compliance Specialist to strengthen VillageReach DRC’s risk management, internal controls and compliance practices. The Compliance Specialist will provide both strategic and operational support in advancing best practices across risk management, quality assurance, compliance, internal controls, and due diligence. This role will help ensure that risk management is effectively embedded in operational processes across the country office. Working collaboratively with across functional teams, the Compliance Specialist will identify and mitigate risks, advise on policy and control improvements, and help foster a culture of compliance and ethical conduct.
